(3) To presenters of general presentations (poster)
About COI
All presenters have to file a COI (Conflict of Interest) declaration for their presentations. Please see the details for the COI declaration procedure on the day of your presentation here.
Venue/Presentation format
- Posters will be displayed in the Physical Education Practice Room at the Sapporo Business Innovation Center. Posters are numbered from 1 to 300. When it is time to post your poster, please do so at the location indicated by the position number in parentheses after your abstract number.
(e.g.) In case the abstract number is P04-23 (29PM054), the position number is 54. - The time for setup, Q&A and removal is as follows

- Please feel free to engage in a Q&A session with the participants. There will be no presentations or formalities under the moderator’s guidance.
- Presenters with odd position numbers should stay with their posters for the first 30 minutes of the question period, and presenters with even position numbers should stay with their posters for the second 30 minutes of the question period to respond to questions.
- Please be sure to put up and remove your posters within the above time frame. Any posters left after the removal time will be disposed of by the secretariat.
Items prepared by the secretariat
- The secretariat will provide the following:
- Board: A vertical panel of 2,100 mm (H) x 900 mm (W) will be provided for each poster.
- Pins and studs: The secretariat will provide pins and studs to attach posters.
*Tape and glue cannot be used.
Guidelines for putting up posters
- As shown in the figure, the effective area for attaching text is 1,900 mm (H) x 900 mm (W).
- Please include the following information: abstract number, title, presenter (including co-presenters), and affiliation.
- The secretariat will identify poster boards only by the position number, and the abstract number will not be displayed. Please attach your abstract number in the upper left corner of your poster (200 mm x 200 mm).
- There is no particular format for the paper.
- Please make sure that the font size is legible. We recommend a font size of approximately 30 points for the text of the main body.
