Registration Timeline

• * To complete the registration, participants must register online and submit the associated fees before the listed payment deadline.
• * The payment deadline is May 24^th (Fri.) May 31^st (Fri.) for those who intend to submit an abstract and present at the conference. Otherwise, the deadline is Aug. 30^th (Fri.) for those who only plan to participate in the conference.
• * Online advance registration is strongly recommended to avoid long wait times on the day of the conference.

Registration Fee

Registration fee (Advance registration begins on Monday, Apr. 1^st, 2024)

• * Standard tax rate applies to all registration and networking event fees.
• * We hope you will join us at the networking event at the Sapporo Convention Center on Oct. 30^th (Wed.) at 17:10 ~ 17:50, where attendants can learn more about each other while enjoying one beverage of choice and light snacks. Please feel free to explore the streets of Sapporo afterward with the new friends you meet at the event.
• * Abstract books will only be distributed electronically. Please download the abstract book at the 83^rd annual meeting of Japanese Society of Public Health’s website or view it with your electronic devices on the day of the conference.
• * Smartphone application exclusive to this event will be available.

Registration Information

All registration will be completed through Confit, an online registration system.

1. Please confirm the registration precautions below and click the registration link below to access the registration page on Confit.
2. The e-mail address you enter for the registration will be your advance registration ID. You will also be assigned a registration number. You should receive a confirmation e-mail containing your registration information once the registration is completed. Please contact us if you don’t see the e-mail in your inbox.
3. Please submit the registration fee before the deadline noted above.
4. Advance registration is only considered completed once the payment is received.
5. Those who fail to submit the registration fee before the designated deadline will be asked to pay the regular registration fee (10,000 yen) on the day of the event at check-in.
6. We accept credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS) payments and wire transfers.

• * Please confirm that the cardholder’s name for the credit card or the name associated with the account used for the wire transfer is the same as the name registered on Confit. Please notify us if you experience any difficulty doing so.
• * Please also contact us if you intend to make a payment for multiple participants.
• * We won’t be able to confirm your payment if you fail to comply with the above conditions.
• * You will be responsible for all service charges associated with the wire transfer.

Registration Precautions

• Please note that this online registration system is solely for the payment of the registration fee for the 83^rd Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Public Health and not for the Japanese Society of Public Health’s annual membership fee.
• Discounted registration fee is available for students. Please check the webpage for students and use the designated registration link to apply.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any payments made regardless of the reason.
• For those who intend to submit an abstract and present at the conference, the main speaker will need to submit the 3,000-yen abstract submission fee. Co-presenters are only responsible for the 8,000-yen participation fee.
