土筆
2011年4月2日(土)
天気が良かったので、かゆい目をこすりながら近くの土手まで行ってきました。
この地方では卵とじにする方が多いのですが、我が家ではごま油で炒めて醤油でさっと味を付けてお酒のつまみにします。
これがとてもお酒に合うのです。ごま油と醤油のこうばしい香りと土筆のえぐみが最高です。
