In front of the Central Gates of the Meitetsu Gifu Station, our local staff is available at about 16:20-20:00 on Monday, June 4 and 10:00-13:00 on Tuesday, June 5. Inquiries about your hotel location, etc. are welcome.

At the JR Gifu Station Bus Stop, our local staff will help you get on the right bus every day in the hours that you arrive at the Nagaragawa Convention Center by bus in time for the first lecture of the day.
