Presenters of submitted abstracts must register as participants for the symposium, and will be required to fill in the registration number when submitting abstracts.

- Payment
- Payment of hotel accommodation fee should be made in Japanese Yen only by Credit Card. (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club or JCB only).
- Confirmation
- KNT will email you a confirmation after the application deadline, May 10, 2012, after your complete payment. Please be sure to bring the confirmation email when you check in to the hotel.
- Cancellation
- Cancellations must be in writing (preferably by e-mail) and sent to the ISAE2012 Gifu Hotel Reservation Desk at Fax: +81-3-6891-9599, E-mail: isae2012-gbm@or.knt.co.jp
- Cancellation charges are as follows:

- Up to 14 days prior to the night of your stayNo charge
- 13 - 7 days prior to the night of your stay10% of the room charge
- 6 - 2 days prior to the night of your stay50% of the room charge
- Less than 2 days, or no notice given100% of the room charge
*Expected arrivals of 10P.M. or later must be notified in advance to avoid cancellation of reservations.
- Refund
- Refund will be made during or after the conference period, after credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card.
