要旨：
シミュレーション教育に関するFaculty Development （FD） は広く行われているが，オンラインでの実施報告は少ない．今回我々は， 受講生・講師の全員が一度も対面することなく， 全て異なる場所からの遠隔参加で， 知識の提供だけでなく，シミュレーション教育の計画，デザイン，実演を経験してシミュレーション教育を学ぶオンラインシミュレーションFDを試みた．対面でのシミュレーションFDと比較し，指導者役の受講生における実演の中での省察（reflection-in-action）の促進が見られた．実践から得られた経験に加え，概念的枠組みを用いながらオンラインシミュレーションFDの課題と可能性を報告する．

Abstract:
Although faculty development （FD） on simulation education is widely conducted, there are few reports of its online implementation. In this study, we attempted an online simulation FD session in which all students and instructors participated remotely from different locations without ever meeting face-to-face, and learned simulation education by experiencing not only the provision of knowledge but also the planning, design, and demonstration of simulation education. Compared to face-to-face simulation FD, reflection-in-action among the students who played the role of instructor was facilitaed during the demonstration. In addition to the experience gained from the practice, we will report on the challenges and possibilities of online simulation FD using conceptuals framworks.

日本医学教育評価機構は2015年に発足して以来，医学部における教育プログラムを国際基準に基づいて評価し，2021年6月15日現在，54校を認定してきた．これまでの評価を振り返り，医学教育分野別評価のインパクトと課題について考察した．

Japan Accreditation Council for Medical Education, JACME, was established in 2015. Since then, JACME has evaluated education programs in medical schools based on the global standards set by World Federation for Medical Education. 54 medical schools have been recognized as of June 1, 2021.In this paper, we review past evaluations and discuss the impact and challenges of the field-specific evaluation of medical education.

要旨：
大学外・都道府県外への移動を伴う医学部地域医療臨床実習は，新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行によって制限・縮小がなされた．それがどのような学習の不足を招き，その不足をどのように補填したかについて，第53回日本医学教育学会学術大会特別シンポジウムでは討論された．結果，地域医療教育の2つの「本質」として，1）多職種の関わりの中で将来の自己の役割・責任を認識できること，2）医療機関という枠組みを越えて患者を中心に医療全体を俯瞰できること，が浮かび上がった．また，オンライン補填教育のgood practiceは，ポスト・コロナ時代においても実習体験価値を高める目的で活用すべきであり，そのことは地域医療教育自身の「進化」に繋がる，という結論に達した．

Abstract:
Community-based clinical clerkship, which involves travel outside the university or prefecture, was restricted or reduced due to the outbreak of the new coronavirus infection. What kind of shortage of learning this caused and how the shortage was compensated for were discussed in a special symposium at the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Medical Education. As a result, two “essences” of community-based medical education emerged: 1） to recognize one’s role and responsibility in the future in the context of interprofessional practice, and 2） to look beyond the framework of medical institutions and view the whole scope of medicine with the patient at the center. It was concluded that online supplementary education should be utilized to enhance the value of practical training experience even in the post-Corona era. It was also supposed that this would lead to the “evolution” of community-based medical education itself.

要旨：
ソーシャルメディア（SNSを含む）は，今や医療プロフェッショナリズムにおいても無視できない存在となっており，その新しい領域は「オンラインプロフェッショナリズム」や「eプロフェッショナリズム」などと呼ばれている．オンラインプロフェッショナリズムに関しては，米国内科学会など各国の専門職団体がステートメントを出しているが，我が国ではあまり議論が進んでいない．医師によるソーシャルメディアの利用に関しては，ソーシャルメディアのプロフェッショナルな使い方，医師としてのアイデンティティとプロフェッショナルなイメージの管理，患者との適切な電子的コミュニケーションなどが課題となる．ソーシャルメディアを適切に利用すれば，医療専門職の知識共有と協同的学習を促進し，集合的知性の形成に寄与することができる．

Abstract:
Social media （including social networking service） is now a presence in medical professionalism that cannot be ignored, and this new area is called “online professionalism” or “e-professionalism”. Professional organizations in various countries, such as the American College of Physicians, have issued statements on online professionalism, but the debate has not progressed much in Japan. Regarding the use of social media by physicians, challenges include professional use of social media, management of one’s identity and professional image as a physician, and appropriate electronic communication with patients. Appropriate use of social media can promote knowledge sharing and collaborative learning among medical professionals and contribute to the formation of collective intelligence.
