研究室紹介

１１９研究室は感染症内科の設立された研究室です。臨床と研究の両面から日々研究に取り組んでいます。

特に細菌感染症に関連した臨床および基礎研究を行い、新たな診断・治療法の開発を目指しています。

研究内容

これまでに、自然免疫機構として代表的な受容体であるToll-like Receptorの細胞内情報伝達や細胞内動態の解析、C. difficileの構成タンパクと自然免疫の制御の関連性、肺炎クラミジアによる動脈硬化発症の分子機序、Tリンパ球の自然免疫と獲得免疫の関連性、キノロン薬の免疫調節機構、HIVのRNAによる免疫応答性の解析、HIV薬がもたらす副作用の分子機構の解析などを行ってきました。
現在は、大腸菌や芽胞菌などによる細菌感染症に主に焦点を当て研究を行っています。
