Professor Harada contributed an article to a book on nursing management titled “Reconnecting Relationships in Hospital Ward Teams,” published by Igaku Shoin. The piece explores the “sense of organizational safety” that has been threatened by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as future organizational development in the context of disaster response and organizational theory.
