  • We ask for your cooperation to prevent the spread of infection.
    The conference encourages the Cool Biz style of dress. When attending the conference, please wear clothing that is easy to adjust to your body temperature, as well as lightweight clothing.
    We also ask for your understanding that the conference staff will also be working on Cool Biz.

  • We encourage participants to bring their own bottles to this tournament, which will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
  • If you bring your own bottle, you can get free water from water servers at three locations in the venue.
    ※Paper cups will not be provided. Please bring your own bottle.

    • Free Internet access is available in the Congress Center, the Exhibition and Event Hall, and the Training and Exchange Center.
    • SSIDs and passwords vary by venue.
      ※You cannot use Wi-Fi in Venue1 (Main Hall) and Venue 2 (Middle Hall).
