Registration

• We plan to hold this convention locally. The program will be live-streamed on the day of the event, with the exception of some sessions, so online participation is also possible. Some sessions will be held locally only. On-demand delivery will also be available after the meeting.
• For details on live and on-demand streaming, please visit the program page. When registering for the event, you will be asked to indicate your participation method (on-site/web participation). If you decide to change your participation method, there is no need to change your registration details or contact the Management Office.
• You can view the full program and abstracts in the web version of the abstracts. There will be no printed abstracts. We will announce how to view the abstracts around mid-May.

• Please make your own hotel arrangements for this convention. You can check hotels in Hamamatsu City here.(By noon on Wednesday, 5/22, Japan time.)

Pre-Registration Duration: Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 10:00 - Thursday, April 25, 17:00

Secondary Regisitration Duration: Monday, May 13, 2024 at 10:00 - Monday, September 30, 17:00

• The above times are Japan time.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you after the completion of pre-registration process. If you have registered a cell phone e-mail address, you may not receive this e-mail. Please be sure to set up your e-mail address to receive the message, or use a computer e-mail address or a free e-mail address. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation e-mail. If you still do not find it, please contact the secretariat ( ).
• Your registration will be voided if payment is not received by Thursday, April 25. In that case, you will be asked to participate at the "Secondary participation" rate. Please understand this in advance. Please be sure to pay the registration fee after completing pre- registration.
  If you pay the registration fee in advance, we will not be able to reconcile your payment. We appreciate your cooperation.
• Please note that if you miss the deadline, you will not be able to register for whatever reason due to the system.
• Please register well in advance of the deadline, as it is expected to be difficult to connect to the system due to the high volume of access just before the deadline.

• For this meeting, the amounts of fee are the same for both on-site and web participation.
• Dinner is not included in the registration fee.
• If you are a non-physician graduate student or a member of a company, please register under the "Medical Staff / Other" category.
• You may register for the first round even if you are in the process of enrolling. (Please be sure to complete the admission procedure before the convention).
• Students are required to upload their "Student ID".
• If you are an initial resident,Dentists,Pharmacists,or Medical staff (Up to 2 years after qualification), please upload the "Certificate" on the registration page.
• You can register on the day (a second registration period will be announced later).

• There will be no luncheon seminars or other sessions offering meals at the conference.
• Lunch boxes will be sold for lunch. You can apply together with your pre-registration.
• More details about the exchange will be announced at a later date.
• Food and beverages are available at the Congress Center, Exhibition Hall, and Training & Exchange Center.
• You can purchase in the exhibition hall on the day of the event. The number of lunch box is limited.
  You will only be able to pre-purchase your boxed lunch during the first registration.

• You may sign up to attend the Dinner Party, as long as it is still within the Pre-Registration period.
• There is a jazz band performance by saxophonist Chika Asamoto will .
  "Imagine ~Jazz night in Shizuoka with Chika Asamoto~"

• Invoices (invoice system supported)
  If you need an invoice, please register "Invoice Address" at the time of registration and issue the invoice yourself.
• Certificate of participation and receipt (invoice system compliant)
  We will ask you to print out your own participation certificate and receipt, so we will not send them to you in advance. More details will be announced around middle of May.
• The re-reissued document will be marked as "Reissued". Please be careful not to lose it.
• Your participation certificate/receipt can be issued from Saturday, June 8, 2024 to Monday, September 30, 2024 at 17:00.

• Please note that no cancellations or refunds will be accepted after payment.

• In principle, the participation fee can be paid by credit card only.
