"The 4th Meeting of East Asia Vitiligo Association：EAVA2024" and "The 6th Meeting of Japanese Society for Vitiligo" will be held in a hybrid format, with both on-site presentations and live web broadcasts.

We are accepting advance registrations on the Academic Conference website.

For Those Who Have Completed Pre-Registration

• A QR code is included in the automatic confirmation email sent after payment and bank transfer completion. Please present this confirmation email on your smartphone at the reception on the day of the conference, or bring a printed copy. Show the email screen confirming your completed registration at the reception.
• If you forget to bring the QR code, please provide your name and affiliation at the reception desk. Please note that it may take some time to verify your information.
• Fill in your name and affiliation on the participation certificate sent to you in advance, and receive your name holder at the main reception before entering the venue.

Members and those who registered in advance will receive these materials beforehand. Please remember to bring them on the day of the event. For participants coming from overseas, the materials will be provided at the venue. On-site registrants can pick up their materials at the general reception after completing registration. If you wish to purchase an additional copy, please do so at the venue. Please note that quantities are limited.

For those obtaining credits on-site, please bring your membership card and complete the registration process in front of the venue 30 minutes before the session starts and within 15 minutes after the session begins. Please note that registration outside of these hours will not be accepted.

Credits for online participation will be granted based on the viewing log of the live-streamed video. Please remember to enter your Japanese Dermatological Association membership number when registering for the Zoom webinar.

Corporate exhibits will be held in the Applause Foyer.

A cloakroom will be available in the 3rd floor foyer each day. Please note that valuables cannot be checked in.

Ensure your mobile phone is set to silent mode inside the venue. Please make phone calls outside the venue.

Please refrain from recording, photographing, or videotaping any part of the presentations.

In this academic conference, the general rule is no tie and no suit. Organizing committee members and staff are wearing the conference original T-shirts, so we kindly ask all participants to dress comfortably.

While the decision to wear a mask is personal, please note that the medical staff and staff managing the conference will not be wearing masks, so please understand.

There is no free parking available.
The venue's managed parking is for authorized vehicles only; please refrain from parking there.
Please use the paid parking adjacent to the venue.

We strictly prohibit unauthorized copying, reproduction, editing, recording, filming, audio recording, or unauthorized use (including screenshots, photography, downloading, and uploading to other sites) of the presentations streamed during this conference.

Attendance at the academic conference entitles participants to attend the social gathering free of charge.

時節柄、マスク着用は個人の判断となりますが、学会運営の医局員やスタッフはマスク着用はいたしませんのでご容赦ください。
