2022年11月22日（於 保健学科棟セミナー室）・24日（於 岡山コンベンションセンター会議室）に「文化的安全に配慮したケア能力の向上の研修」を開催しました。 グローバル化の進む中で看護職をはじめとした保健医療職者は、自分の文化や価値観と大きく異なるクライエントに質の高い保健医療サービスを提供することが求められています。
本研修では、講義と研修を通じて、多文化社会においてクライアントが文化的安全感を持ちながら医療サービスを受けられるためのエッセンスと日本の特性を踏まえた文化的安全に配慮したケアを学ぶ機会を提供するため開催されました。
Lev Zhuravsky先生による文化的安全に配慮したケア概論の講義後、ハンズオン研修が行われました。研修では、講義での学びを活かしつつ、事例に内在する文化的安全性の課題と向き合い、文化的安全に配慮した態度やケアについて意見を交換し発表しました。
On November 22 and 24, 2022, the “Training for Improvement of Culturally Safe Care Competence” took place in the Health Sciences Building Seminar Room and the Okayama Convention Center Conference Room, respectively. Amidst globalization, nurses and other healthcare professionals are expected to deliver high-quality healthcare services to clients whose culture and values greatly differ from their own.
The training course aimed to provide participants with an opportunity to learn the essence of culturally safe care in a multicultural society and how to offer such care based on Japanese characteristics. This was achieved through lectures and hands-on training.
Dr. Lev Zhuravsky provided an overview of culturally safe care, followed by practical training. Participants engaged in discussions and gave presentations on culturally safe attitudes and care practices, applying the knowledge gained from the lecture and addressing cultural safety issues in their cases.
