Registration for participation

Introduction
  • The conference is an onsite event, and most of the sessions will be streamed on-demand after the event (except for a few sessions).
  • Conference programs and abstract books are all available online. There will be no printed versions.
  • Access to the web version of the abstract book is included in the participation fee. Those who have registered to attend do not need to purchase abstract viewing rights.
  • We are accepting reservations for accommodation here. Feel free to take advantage of it.

1. Regular registration period

Registration period: Noon on (day of week) June 7, 2024 to 17:00 on Friday, June 28, 2024 Payment deadline: 17:00 on Friday, June 28, 2024
  • We will send you a confirmation email after you complete the registration process.
  • If we do not receive your payment by Friday, June 28, your registration will be invalid. Please note that applications received after the payment deadline will not be accepted for any reason.
  • Please be aware that due to system reasons, you will not be able to register for any reason after the registration deadline.
  • Be sure to register early, as it may be difficult to access the website due to heavy traffic near the deadline.

2. Luncheon seminar

  • A luncheon seminar will be held in Japanese. To register, please visit our Japanese page.

3. Participation fee

4. Invoice, participation certificate, and receipt

Invoice

  • If you need an invoice, please enter your “Invoice Address” during the registration process and issue the invoice yourself.
  • The invoice will be printed with the “Invoice Address” you provided when you registered for the conference. If you need to change the address, please correct it yourself.

Participation certificate and receipt

  • Participation certificates and receipts will not be mailed. Participants are expected to print their own.
    Details will be announced in early June.
  • Participation certificates and receipts issued for the second time will be marked “Reissued.” Please take care not to lose them.
  • Participation certificates and receipts will be available for issuance from the beginning of June 2024 through the on-demand distribution period.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation before payment: Contact the administration office ( ). No cancellation fees will be charged.

Cancellation after payment: Please note that no refunds will be made once payment has been received.

6. Payment method

Payment must be made in Japanese yen or by credit card.

7. Materials to be sent in advance

Participation certificates and receipts must be printed by the participant. No materials will be mailed in advance.
