1. Method of holding the conference
  • Although the conference will be held primarily on-site, sessions will be streamed on-demand after the event, with some exceptions.
  • The on-demand streaming period after the conference is from Monday, July 22, 2024 to Monday, September 30, 2024.
2. Abstracts
  • There will be no printed programs or abstracts at this conference. Everything can be viewed on the web.
  • To view abstracts, please log in to the video/abstract viewing system using your registration number and password.
3. How to participate on-site on the day of the event

To On-site Participants

  • To ensure the safety of all participants, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in taking basic anti-infection measures.
  • The Society encourages light business attire. Please dress lightly or wear clothing that can easily regulate your body temperature. Please note that the staff of the conference will also be wearing light clothing, so we would appreciate your understanding.

How to Register

  • Please print out your name tag issued on the video/abstract viewing system and bring it with you on the day of the conference.
    Name folders are available at the reception desks below.
    If you forget your name tag on the day of the conference, please present the 2-dimensional code displayed on the video/abstract viewing system to the general reception desk below to have your name tag issued.
  • Once you have your name tag on, you can proceed to each venue without registration at the reception. However, to register, please present the 2-dimensional code issued on the video/abstract viewing system at the reception below at your convenience on Friday, June 14, or Saturday, June 15.

Voluntary Seminar

Light meal will be distributed at a voluntary seminar on Saturday, June 15.
The seminar is free to attend, but tickets are required in advance.
Tickets are not valid after 5 minutes from the start of the seminar.
Tickets will be distributed at the Exhibition Hall No. 3.
First-come, first-served basis.

Exchange Meeting and TIPS

  • Advance registration is not required. Please come to the venue of your choice.

Cloakroom

  • Please pick up your belongings by the end of the day.
  • Valuables and umbrellas cannot be left at the cloakroom.

Other Information

  • Free Internet access is available at the venue; SSID and password are posted at the venue.
  • Please make sure to wear your name tag during the conference.
  • Photography, recording, and videotaping are strictly prohibited in the lecture halls.
4. Participation certificate and receipt
  • The participation certificate and receipt are compliant with the invoice system.
  • You can print out the participation certificate and receipt yourself from the video/abstract viewing system. Participation certificates and receipts will not be mailed from the Secretariat, nor will they be issued on the day of the event.
  • Participation certificates and receipts issued for the second and subsequent times will be marked “reissue.” Please be careful not to lose the one issued first.
  • The issuance of participation certificates and receipts will be available until Monday, September 30, 2024.

About the Stamp Rally

A prize will be given to those who collect all five stamp rally stickers during the exhibition period.
* Prizes will be given away as soon as they are gone. (First-come-first-served basis)
