1 Overview of the online presentation
Format
The 20th ARSR will be held online.
Online period
September 25, 2021 9:00-16:00 Japan time
Application
Zoom video webinar
Presentation data format
Only MP4 data with audio will be accepted.
Presentation time
Keynote lecture
=> 8-9 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A session
Oral presentation
=> 6-7 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A session
E-poster
=> 7 minutes for presentation
Schedule for the day
Please log in to the Zoom webinar 30 minutes before the session starts.
We will inform you of the Zoom address later.
Play the video data as the chairperson proceeds.
Q&A session will be held after the video presentation.
2 Regarding Presentation Data
Presentation data format
Only MP4 (MPEG-4) data can be played.
Presentation data screen size
Playback up to MP4 1920×1080 is possible.
MP-4 2K 2048×1080 or higher is not playable.
Presentation data capacity
Up to 500MB per presentation.
If the above capacity is insufficient, please contact us.
Regarding data creation
Create a PPT with audio and convert it to MP4 data.
We will inform you separately.
About slide size
16:9 is recommended.
It can be played back in 4:3, but black bars will appear on the left and right sides of the screen.

The data you have registered is considered to have the consent for online distribution.
