1. Introduction
  • We plan to hold this convention locally. The program will be live-streamed on the day of the event, with the exception of some sessions, so online participation is also possible. Some sessions will be held locally only. On-demand delivery will also be available after the meeting.
  • When registering for the event, you will be asked to indicate your participation method (on-site/web participation). If you decide to change your participation method, there is no need to change your registration details or contact the Management Office.
  • You can view the full program and abstracts in the web version of the abstracts. There will be no printed abstracts. We will announce how to view the abstracts around Late May.
  • We do not offer prior shipping of participant name badges (admission passes). They will be issued and handed out at the on-site reception on the event day.
  • To help alleviate congestion at the venue, please complete your registration in advance.
  • Please make your own hotel arrangements for this convention. Information about accommodations can be found here.
2. Registration period

First registration period: Tuesday, February 4, 2025, 12:00 – Thursday, April 24, 2025, 17:00

Second registration period: Thursday, May 1, 2025, 12:00 – Tuesday, September 30, 2025, 17:00

  • The above times are Japan time.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you after the completion of pre-registration process. If you have registered a cell phone e-mail address, you may not receive this e-mail. Please be sure to set up your e-mail address to receive the message, or use a computer e-mail address or a free e-mail address. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation e-mail. If you still do not find it, please contact the secretariat ( ).
  • If you plan to attend onsite or watch the live stream, please pay by the day of the event. (You may also register and pay on the day of the event). Please note that you will not be able to enter the venue or watch the live stream without a deposit.
  • After 16:00 on Sunday, June 22, only on-demand viewing will be available. Please note that you will not be able to attend the event or watch the live stream.
  • Please note that if you miss the deadline, you will not be able to register for whatever reason due to the system.
  • Please register well in advance of the deadline, as it is expected to be difficult to connect to the system due to the high volume of access just before the deadline.

  • The amounts of fee are the same for both on-site and web participation.
  • Reception is not included in the registration fee.
  • If you wish to apply for admission to the convention and register as a "member," please be sure to complete the admissions process prior to the convention.
  • Graduate students and companies other than physicians, dentists, and pharmacists should register in the “Medical Staff and Others” category.
  • Students are required to upload their "Student ID".
  • Those who hold a medical practitioner's license, please register as a 'Physicians'.
  • If you are an initial resident,Dentists,Pharmacists,or Medical staff (Up to 2 years after qualification), please upload the "Certificate" on the registration page.
  • You can register on the day.
  • After the participation fee has been paid, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
    Please note that we cannot process refunds in cases of cancellation or accidental duplicate registration.
4. Lunch
  • There will be no luncheon seminars or other sessions offering meals at the conference.
  • Lunch boxes will be sold for lunch. You can apply together with your pre-registration. You can also apply for and pay for an additional boxed lunch after completing your registration.
  • During the first registration period, refunds for changes or cancellations of lunch boxes will be accepted. Please contact the secretariat ( ). No refunds will be issued for cancellations of lunch boxes during the second registration period.
  • Lunch boxes will only be sold during the Pre-Registration period.
    There are no plans to sell lunch boxes on the day of the event.
  • More details about the exchange will be announced at a later date.
  • In addition to the lunch boxes, we will also be preparing a kitchen trolley with Hokkaido specialities.

5. Reception
  • Date : Saturday, June 21, 2025 19:00 - 20:30 (tentative)
  • Venue: Sapporo Park Hotel 3F「Park Hall」
  • Format: Standing buffet (buffet style)
  • Participation fee: JPY 7,500
  • Up to 500 people can participate.
    On-site registration will not be available on the day of the event, so please register in advance.
  • The participation fee includes unlimited soft drinks. Alcohol will be available for purchase separately with a ticket system.
  • Please use public transportation to access the venue.
    Access from the Sapporo Convention Center:

    Sapporo Convention Center / Sapporo City Industrial Promotion Center → Subway Tozai Line "Higashi-Sapporo Station" → Transfer at "Odori Station" → Namboku Line "Nakajima-Koen Station," Exit 3, a short walk (approximately 50 minutes).
    Car / Taxi: Approximately 15 minutes.
  • A shuttle bus is available (reservation required). Please make a reservation at the time of registration. Please note that each bus has a maximum capacity.
    1.Departure at 17:10 → Arrival at 17:30
    2.Departure at 17:30 → Arrival at 17:50
    3.Departure at 18:00 → Arrival at 18:20
    4.Departure at 18:20 → Arrival at 18:40
  • Reception will only be sold during the Pre-Registration period.
  • Cancellations after payment for the banquet must be made during the primary registration period; refunds will be accepted during the primary registration period, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the secondary registration period.
6.Invoices, participation certificates, and receipts
  • Invoices (invoice system supported)
    If you need an invoice, please register "Invoice Address" at the time of registration and issue the invoice yourself.
  • Certificate of participation and receipt (invoice system compliant)
    We will ask you to print out your own participation certificate and receipt, so we will not send them to you in advance. More details will be announced around middle of May.
  • The re-reissued document will be marked as "Reissued". Please be careful not to lose it.
  • Your participation certificate/receipt can be issued from Saturday, June 8, 2024 to Monday, September 30, 2024 at 17:00.
7. Cancellation
  • Cancellation during the First Registration Period:
    After the participation fee has been paid, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
    Please contact the Secretariat if you wish to cancel the lunch or Reception. ( ).
  • Cancellation during the Second registration period:
    Please note that cancellations and refunds after the payment of the participation fee cannot be accepted.
8. Payment method
  • In principle, the participation fee can be paid by credit card only.
  • Credit cards you can accept are listed below. Payment must be made in full.
