The official language for the 7th AOM / 45th JSM Congress is English.

Oral Presentation
Please bring your computer and battery cable to the preview desk at least 30 minutes before the start of your presentation. The computer should be equipped with D-sub mini15 pins, or adaptor, which can connect to an LCD projector. All presenters are also requested to bring the data for the backup of your presentation. The oral session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, a screen, microphones, and a laser pointer. Sound output equipment will not be available. If your presentation requires some other equipment, you must contact the Joint congress office (mycoplasma@ks.kyorinu.ac.jp)or PC preview Desk.

Presenting authors of posters must be available for discussions. Authors are expected to be in front of their posters during the session for discussions. Any poster left after the scheduled removal time will be disposed of by the Secretariat. The area given for poster mounting will be 90cm (width) x 180cm (height).
