Registration desk will be located at the entrance of Akio Suzuki Memorial Hall, Tokyo Medical and Dental University,
Registration desk will be open between 08:30-17:45 on October 23 (Tue), 8:30-18:00 on October 24 (Wed) and 8:30-11:45 on October 25 (Wed).
All participants are requested to wear name tags at the Workshop site. Please return the name tag holder after the Workshop is over. Please pay the registration fee and reception fee in Japanese yen upon registration.
* Currency Exchange is not available. Please prepare Japanese yen in advance.
WELCOME RECEPTION
Welcome Reception will be held at the 'Faculty Lounge', Tokyo Medical and Dental University (M&D Tower, 26F) at 18:30 on October 24 (Wed).

Ticket for reception and order for lunch box
Welcome reception at facility lounge is held on October 24th, 2018. To serve you better, we ask all participants to inform us with your participation prior to the reception. If you are interested participating in welcome reception, please email us at icpp13.imm@mri.tmd.ac.jp at your earliest convenience. Any guests other than oversea participant will cost 5000 Yen for the reception per person which will be collected at the time of registration. Notification deadline for the reception is October 4th, 2018.
During the conference session, lunch will be provided for the guest speakers at a restaurant conveniently located at the on-site ground floor. For the general participant, lunch box service will be provided for those who request it. For the lunch box request, please email your order to icpp13.imm@mri.tmd.ac.jp by simply tell us your name, the date(s) and number of lunch you are requesting. The price of one lunch box is 1000 Yen which will be collected at the time of registration. The deadline for the lunch box reservation is October 4, 2018. We cannot guarantee for your order if the request is not received by the date above.
