Call for ABSTRACTS

We call for submission of abstracts for poster presentation. Short talks are selected from abstracts.

Preparation of abstracts

  • Download the TEMPLATE FILE (Microsoft Word file).
  • Fill in the contents indicated below in English (use Arial and Symbol fonts) on a single page of A4 size format by Microsoft Word according to the instruction described in the template file.
    * Title (14 pt, bold, up to 2 lines)
    * Author's name & Co-author's name
    (11 pt, up to 3 lines, underline the presenter)
    * Author's affiliation (11 pt, up to 5 lines)
    * Abstract body (11 pt, up to 20 lines)
  • Do not insert any figures/tables.
  • Rename the file as "[Presenter's Last Name]_[First Name] .doc(x)".

Abstract Submission

Please send the abstract Word file to the workshop secretariat via e-mail under the subject "Abstract Submission".
Submission will be completed when you receive the confirmation e-mail from us. If you don't receive any reply within a week, please notify us.
