自治体の災害後中長期にわたる精神保健医療福祉体制の構築に関する調査

専門家アドバイザーとして関わった厚生労働科研令和3年度障害者総合福祉推進事業「自治体の災害後中長期にわたる精神保健医療福祉体制の構築に関する調査」「事業報告書」「実例集」が日本医療政策機構からWeb公表されました。

自治体が災害中長期の精神保健医療福祉支援に取り組むためには以下の2点

• 各自治体における被災の経験や対応の結果を、自治体間、自治体内部署間で共有・連携し、平時から「顔の見える関係の構築」を意識する
• 精神科専門職をマンパワーの面からも支えられる多領域間での協力体制の構築が必要であることが示されました。そして何より、これらの取り組みを災害時被災者にハンズオンでケアを行う市町村保健師を中心に進める

ことの重要性が示唆されました。
