For International Trainees and Researchers
OVEX coordinates and helps foreign medical staff and researchers who wish to train at Kyushu University Hospital.
※Medical students are not eligible.
■Application Procedures
- Go to “Contact Us” page and enter necessary information. In the “Comments”, following information should be included: training purpose, specialty, training period, preferred starting time, and financial support (self-funded, scholarship, etc).
- We will contact you and ask you to submit CV and recommendation letter.
- Once the IR selection committee, clinical department and the hospital admit to accept you, we will proceed the application process for VISA/Certificate of Eligibility for Status of Residence (CoE) and others.
※Kyushu University Hospital requires submission of Certificate of Immunization to all international trainees and researchers who will stay more than a week.
