JICA program - Activity of 7 Nutritionists after returning to Brazil (Recipe book production)
7 nutritionists came to Kyushu University Hospital for a month training course on "Hospital Food (Nutrition Management) at JICA's training program for Nikkei communities in Latin America in FY2019. Using the knowledge and experience of Japanese food (Hospital food) that they learned in the Nutirional Management Section, they produced the e-book "
Taste of Japan - Sabor Oriental". They remake original recipes so that they could be prepared by using ingredients in Brazil.
