Special Characters in Presentation Titles

Please be assured that any special characters or symbols included in your presentation title will be properly reflected in the Program and Abstract Book.

Presentation Time by Session

• Oral Presentation: 7 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A

• Poster (presentation): 5 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A

  On-Demand Poster Presentation:5 minutes presentation

  Note: There are no oral presentations in Poster (discussion) sessions.

Poster Preparation Guidelines

• Display Area: 1,900 mm (height) ×900 mm (width)

• Presentation Number: (200 mm ×200 mm) provided by the Secretariat

• Required Information: Title, presenter(s) (including co-presenters), and affiliations

• Format: No specific requirements for paper type

• Further Details: Will be available in mid-September on the conference website.
