2. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc. of Personal Information

Personal information we have received will be inquired, corrected, or deleted in accordance with prescribed procedures only upon request from the individual or their authorized representative, and only when we can confirm that the request is justified. However, we cannot delete the minimum amount of personal information necessary for operational purposes.
