A new paper from the Inada Group has been published in Scientific Reports.
In this study, the researchers manipulated hypothalamic neural activity in pregnant mice to induce an artificial hibernation-like state, and investigated its effects on fetal development.
These findings may offer new insights into the relationship between maternal thermoregulation and fetal growth.
