A new article by the Mikuni and Murayama groups has been published in Nature Communications. In this study, they developed a skull-clearing technique called “SeeThrough,” which enables minimally invasive visualization of brain activity without the need for skull removal. This approach allows for safe and straightforward real-time imaging of the brain across micro- to macro-scale resolutions, offering new insights into neural information processing during behavior and disease progression.
Congratulations!
