REPORT (What We have done)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">\n<h3>We defined general mind and \u201cgenespelist\u201d as follows respectively in 2019.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">General mind: An attitude of physicians to continue to learn and practice the knowledge and skills of all fields toward the patients\u2019 health issues apart from their specialities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Genespelist: A specialist who can practice medical care with general mind mentioned above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">\n<h3>In 2020, we conducted the following activities based on the concept mentioned before.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">We eternalized our thoughts concerning \u201cgenespelist\u201d, respectively<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">We summarized the concept and practices as a graphic record named as \u201cthe skill up for generalist through collaboration with specialist\u201d, for generalists to collaborate with specialists.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>2. PLAN (What We are going to do)<\/b><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">\n<h3>We will organize the corresponding workshop entitled as \u201cThe Genespelist Course for Specialist\u201d in the ACP-JC 2021, which was being held in 2020.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">\n<h3>We will hold the case conference and\/or workshop using products mentioned above.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">\n<h3>We will brush up the questionnaire on practicing with the general mind and conduct another survey targeting senior residents and young specialists (within PGY10) of each department.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">\n<h3>We are planning activities illuminating the value of genespelists by combining work style reform in Japan and practicing medical care with general mind.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>American College of Physicians Japan Chapter Interim Report 2020 Chair: Teruhisa Azuma 1.
