感染病態研究グループ(119研究室)

119研究室は感染症内科の設立とともにできた大学の中では新しい研究室です。現在のメンバーは7名で感染症内科および感染制御部を担当し感染症学の発展のため臨床と研究の両面から日々取り組んでいます。

私たちは、感染症病態解明のため臨床および基礎研究を行い、新たな診断・治療開発を目指しています。特に細菌感染症に関連した研究を行っています。

研究内容

これまでに、自然免疫機構として代表的な受容体であるToll-like Receptor 4の細胞内情報伝達や細胞内動態の解析、Clostridium difficileの構成タンパクと自然免疫の制御の関連性、肺炎クラミジアによる動脈硬化発症の分子機序、Tリンパ球の自然免疫と獲得免疫の関連性、キノロン薬の免疫調節機構、HIVのRNAによる免疫応答性の解析、HIV薬がもたらす副作用の分子機構の解析などを行ってきました。
