III carcinoma\u3067\u306f\uff0cmitosis, increased cellularity, nuclear pleoomorphism, solid growth, necrosis\u304c\u898b\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3059\u304c\uff0cgrade II atypical plexus papilloma\u3067\u306f\uff0c2 or more mitoses per 10 HPFs\u304cpapilloma\u306b\u898b\u3089\u308c\u305f\u5834\u5408\u3068\u6975\u3081\u3066\u5358\u7d14\u306b\u5b9a\u7fa9\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002
