演題募集に際して Call for Abstracts
第28回日本ヒト脳マッピング学会（JHBM）大会では、脳のマッピング研究に関する一般演題を募集します。演題内容は、脳の機能や構造や連絡性の解明やマッピング研究を主眼としていますが、行動観察による研究、シミュレーション研究、データ解析法やソフトウェアの開発など将来のマッピング研究につながる研究も広く受け入れます。また発表に使用する言語は日本語で構いませんが、本学会の参加者の国際化に合わせ英語での発表も前向きにご検討ください。
The 28th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Human Brain Mapping (JHBM) is calling for general presentations related to mapping of brain structure, function and connectivity. We welcome abstract submissions on research findings that do not involve direct brain measurements, including behavioral studies, simulation, and analysis methods or software development, provided that the content is expected to contribute to future research for mapping brain function, structure and connectivity. We accept presentations in Japanese, but we would encourage the participants to consider presenting in English to align with recent internationalization of this conference.

応募資格 Eligibility
一般演題の発表者（筆頭著者）は日本ヒト脳マッピング学会の会員（正会員、学生会員または名誉会員）に限らせていただきます。未入会の方は、速やかに入会手続きを行ってください。
入会申請から会員番号の発行までに時間を要する場合があります。時間に余裕を持って入会手続きを行なっていただきますようお願いします。
プログラム決定時期までに入会手続きが完了していない場合は、演題の登録を取り消すことがあります。
入会手続きについては、学会ホームページの「入会案内」をご参照ください
- ※筆頭著者の会員資格は必須ですが、入会手続きは演題投稿締切時点で申請済であれば、完了している必要はありません。
Presenters (first authors) of general presentations must be members of the Japan Society for Human Brain Mapping (regular members, student members, or honorary members). Those who are not yet members should promptly complete the membership registration process.
Please note that it may take time from membership application to the issuance of membership numbers. We ask that you complete the membership registration process with ample time to spare. If membership registration is not completed by the time the program is finalized, the abstract registration may be cancelled.
For membership registration procedures, please refer to the "Membership Information" section on the society's homepage (https://jhbm.org/en/membership/).
- *Note: First author must be members, but membership applications need only be submitted by the abstract deadline, not completed.

ポスター発表 Poster Presentations
ポスター発表での使用言語は英語・日本語のいずれも使用可能です。日本語で作成される場合は、タイトル・氏名・所属機関については日・英併記いただきますようお願いします。また日本語を母国語としない方も参加されることを踏まえ、すべて英語でのポスター作成を推奨します。
Both English and Japanese can be used for poster presentations; however, considering that participants who are not native Japanese speakers will also attend, we recommend creating posters in English.
Even when creating posters in Japanese, please provide English translations for the title, names, and affiliated institutions listed on the poster.

演題の内容についてのガイドライン Guidelines for Abstract Content
発表内容に、財産や商業的関心、特定の製品や企業に対するバイアスを含めた結果を含む場合には、演題申請を却下する場合があります。発表内容は科学的・工学的・臨床的な研究、脳マッピング分野における計測環境の整備やデータのマネージメントに関する研究開発、解析手法や解析ソフトウェアの開発等も含みます。製品名や企業名は装置やソフトウェアを同定するための記載は行っていただいて結構ですが、商業的プロモーションの目的では記載しないでください。ヒトを対象とする研究の場合は、関連する研究施設や大学の倫理委員会の許可を得ていること、全実験参加者からインフォームドコンセントを取得して行っていることを確認してください。実験動物を対象とする研究の場合においても、倫理委員会の許可を得ていることを確認してください。また臨床試験を含む内容は、すべての患者が適切で正当な医療が受けられていること、治療法の適応性や禁忌が、医学の専門家に認められていることを確認してください。また一般に科学分野において受け入れられる標準の実験デザイン、データ収集や解析を適用していることを確認してください。抄録には、研究の科学的厳密性を評価する上で必要な情報（例：サンプルサイズ、再現性・客観性を担保するために用いた手続き、対照群またはコントロール条件の設定など）を要約して記載してください。
Abstract submissions may be rejected if the presentation content includes results that contain bias toward property, commercial interests, specific products, or companies. Presentation content includes scientific, engineering, and clinical research, research and development related to measurement environment setup and data management in the brain mapping field, and development of analysis methods and analysis software. Product names and company names may be included for the purpose of identifying equipment or software, but should not be included for commercial promotional purposes.
For studies involving human subjects, please confirm that approval has been obtained from the relevant research institution or university ethics committee and that informed consent has been obtained from all experimental participants. For studies involving experimental animals, please also confirm that approval has been obtained from the ethics committee.
For content including clinical trials, please confirm that all patients receive appropriate and legitimate medical care, and that the applicability and contraindications of treatment methods are recognized by medical experts.
As part of your submission, please confirm that all research presentations apply experimental design, data collection, and analysis that meet the standards generally accepted in the scientific field.
In your abstract, please include a concise summary of information required to evaluate scientific rigor, such as sample size, procedures used to ensure reproducibility and objectivity, and the design of control groups or conditions.
