TOKYO Cont.

[crossing]

[Crossing near Harajuku]

Common sight in Tokyo.

[takeshita street]

[Takeshita Street in Harajuku]

One of the most famous streets in Tokyo. For young lads and those who want to see what young lads in Tokyo are like.

[kaminarimon]

[Kaminarimon Gate]

The famous entrance gate for Senso-ji temple, in Asakusa. Famous for the huge red lantern hanging in the middle, but not so grand as you see in many photos.

[sensoji]

[Sensoji Temple]

Fine temple, with many food stalls for tourists.

[sensoji 2]

[sumida river]

[Sumida River]

You can take a ferry ride down Sumida River. Surprisingly fun.

[sperm?]

[Sperm?]

Said to be someone's sperm.

[sumida 2]

[Sumida River 2]

Rather beautiful part of Tokyo.

[hama-rikyu]

[Hama-Rikyu]

One of the gardens which Tokugawa shoguns in Edo Period used to frequent. Beautiful traditional garden surrounded by skyscrapers, rather like the Central Park in New York.

[ginza]

[Ginza]

Shopping place for the better-off.

[shinjuku]

[Shinjuku Station]

Shinjuku Station is a labyrinth for those unfamiliar. This is the south side of the station.

[shinjuku lights]

[Shinjuku 2]

For those couples who like kissing in crowds, this is the place -- just outside of Takashimaya (near the new south exit of Shinjuku Station).
