24/Feb/2001

[brighton station]

[Brighton Station]

Just arrived.

Sunny but freezing day.

[beach]

[Beach]

Here we are. The beach.

[beach 2]

[Beach 2]

...and the beachboys.

[beach 3]

[Beach 3]

From Brighton Pier.

Yes, this is still in U.K.

[sea]

[From Brighton Pier]

Yes, this is still in U.K.!

[cage]

[The Cage]

Took a ride. Fun. There was a rather big funfair on the pier.

[boat]

[The Boat]

I didn't take a ride, but my friends did.

[swimming]

[A Chap in the Sea]

A fine evidence that the Brits are amphibious.

[peter's]

[Peter's Restaurant]

Good restaurant somewhere in Market Street.

Spent three hours here.

[hanningtons]

[Hanningtons]

Fashionable, eh?

Made me realise that U.K. was a part of Europe.

[royal pavilion]

[Royal Pavilion]

No, not Hotel California. This is Royal Pavilion at Brighton.

[royal pavilion2]

[Royal Pavilion 2]

Indian-style outside; Chinese-style inside. Made me realise that U.K. was a part of the world.

[outside the pavilion]

[Outside the Pavilion]

After visiting the Pavilion.

Getting dark.

[near the beach]

[Near the beach]

Getting darker.

[beach at sunset]

[Beach at Sunset]

Here we were again. The beach-without-boys.

[beach at sunset 2]

[Beach at Sunset 2]

Yes, that's Brighton Pier.

[beach at sunset 3]

[Beach at Sunset 3]

Yes. That's another pier.

[beach at sunset 4]

[Beach at Sunset 4]

Right. Time to go home.

[funfair at night]

[Funfair at Night]

Come on, time to go home.

[pavilion at night]

[Royal Pavilion at Night]

Still lingering on. Royal Pavilion again.

[pavilion at night 2]

[Royal Pavilion at Night 2]

Took a train back to London shortly after.
