URMPM Membership Registration
You can use an online registration or an offline registration as shown in the below.
Both of regristation and membership fee payment are requested for your membership.
Annual memebrship fee payment and admission fee are shown in a registration form in the following offline registration manner.
(1) ONLINE REGISTRATION
1) Submit your personal information as follows.
2) After you send your message, the Office will contact to you to confirm your message, and send our online paymemt procudure if necessry.
3) You should submit your reconfirmation.
4) After your reconfirmation, your request will be performed.
5) For your online payment, VISA or MASTERCARD is available. Paypal (online shoping) is also availalbe even if you are not PayPal member. A person without those credit cards can take the following offline registration manner.

name, email address, telephone number, fax number, company name, postal address
(2) OFFLINE REGISTRATION by MAIL or FAX
Print Registration form, then send to us.
