The patient I met is female, and had severe head injury by the traffic accident when she was 17 years old. Soon after the traffic accidents, her condition is critical state. She had high risk of brain death and sustained coma. After a while, she became awake but handicapped. Then, she left University Hospital and she took surgical treatments for functional improvement and rehabilitation in various hospitals.

Now, this year, she is handicapped but able to manage daily life independently.
