Finally, I'd like to summarize this new early exposure program.
The purpose of the new early exposure program is to understand patient's long history after discharge from University Hospital.
So, in order to carry out this purpose, I took these following steps;
I visited patient's hospitals for later care and rehabilitation facilities. I interviewed the patients and related people. I made up an essay with selected episodes. I made it into the web page. My activity was introduced on major newspaper. I was received many comments from people. I presented my experience in the meeting of Japan Society for Medical Education this year.
