A Catalog of Non-Synonymous SNP
What is PicSNP?

PicSNP is a catalog of non-synonymous SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) in the human genome. SNPs were retrieved from annotations in the draft sequence available in GenBank. Current version of PicSNP is based on the GenBank database of Feb 6, 2002. Details of assembly of the catalog is described in the following reference.

There is an Web report on PicSNP in Genome Biology.
