Using a towel or other means for drying some part or parts of one's body, or the whole body, such as after washing. Self-care This chapter is about caring for oneself, washing and drying oneself, caring for one's body and body parts, dressing, eating and drinking, and looking after one's health.

(additional explanation: This chapter treats caring for my body, and the attention of my health care as my body is wiped washing, it dries, my whole body and parts of the body are maintained, clothes is changed, it eats, and it drinks. )
